I have had my patio power washed annually for a number of years and the results have been disapointing. There is also a problem as the soil from the edging of the adjacent lawn does not have adequate drainage to drain away whilst cleaning. This means that the soil goes over the edges of the patio leaving it dirty. Alan arived on time to look at the problem and to give a price for the job. He explained he had advanced pressure cleaning equipment which , as well as giving a more effective clean , will suck up  excess water. The price he quoted was very reasonable. He again arrived on time to do the job. He was very thorough and afterwards even cleaned the windows which inevitably always

get splattered. In addition , he filled the joints with kiln dried sand and applied a fungicide which should give added protection. The result was the best that it has been for years. I should thoroughly recommend him.
